Room was spacious and had an additional kitchen. Toilet was good and had a bath. Hotel's location was really great, 10-15minutes walk from metro. Breakfast was good and the staff were extremely helpful and willing to help

Perfect Service! Fantastic Location, good room and a great price. The hotel is part of a Spanish hotel company and you can feel the excellent hospitality. Especially Facundo was very nice and welcoming 🤗

The staff is very attentive; I interacted with three different receptionists, and all of them were very helpful. They provided me with an adapter for my European plug and even arranged decaf coffee for me late at night. In short, the staff is extremely polite and professional—I highly recommend this hotel. For those visiting in the winter season, the only issue I noticed was the noise from the heating fan, which was unfortunately quite loud. Other than that, I found no flaws in the hotel. The location is also excellent and in a very safe area.

Breakfast was good value got the money, wide variety, coffee is good.

big room. very quiet after office activity. immediate access to ferries, 7min walk. nice place to walk closed to the river. four subway lines available near wall street, red, blue, green, yellow, for quick travel to centrum. wtc, 9/11, max 10 min walk. fridge, microwave, coffie mach, tv, in rhe room.
